By visiting the Site or participating in the Market Maulers Discord community, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Market Maulers is an educational community. All content — including but not limited to market analysis, trade ideas, educational posts, prop firm comparisons, and community discussions — is provided for informational and educational purposes only.
Trading futures involves substantial risk. You should consult a licensed financial advisor before making any trading or investment decisions. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions and results.
Market Maulers displays verified payout data submitted by community members. These payouts represent real results achieved by individual traders on prop firm evaluation accounts. They are verified to the best of our ability at the time of submission. They are presented for informational and community recognition purposes only and are not a guarantee of results. Your trading results will vary based on your skill, discipline, market conditions, and the specific prop firm rules you operate under.
Market Maulers publishes charting indicators and trading tools ("Tools") on TradingView and links to them from this Site. The following terms apply to every Tool we publish, free or paid.
Our Tools are display-only charting utilities. They identify and draw structure, zones, levels, sessions, and context on a price chart based on historical and current price data. They do not generate buy or sell recommendations, do not execute or place orders, do not manage risk on your behalf, and do not predict future price movement. Any decision to enter, exit, size, or manage a trade is made solely by you, at your own risk.
We make no representation, warranty, or guarantee that use of any Tool will produce profits, prevent losses, achieve any particular win rate, or deliver any specific result. No indicator, system, or tool can guarantee profitable trading. Trading futures and other leveraged instruments involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors. You may lose some or all of your capital, and in some circumstances losses can exceed your initial deposit.
Any chart image, screenshot, backtest, replay, or example we publish showing a Tool in operation is illustrative and historical. Reviewing a Tool on past bars or in TradingView's bar-replay does not reproduce live trading conditions: it excludes slippage, commissions, order fills, latency, data gaps, and the psychological pressure of risking real capital. A Tool that reads cleanly on historical data may behave differently in real time.
The Tools are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranty of any kind, express or implied. They may contain errors or defects, may fail to identify a pattern, and may identify a pattern that you would not have marked yourself. They run on TradingView's platform and rely on TradingView's data feeds, which may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, revised, or unavailable, and which we neither control nor guarantee. We may modify, update, or discontinue any Tool at any time without notice. You are responsible for verifying anything a Tool displays against your own analysis before acting on it.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use our Tools for your own trading and study. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, rent, or publish our Tools; copy, reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source of any closed-source Tool; remove or alter our branding or attribution; or present our Tools as your own work. All Tools and their underlying logic remain our intellectual property.
Our core Tools are free. Any paid or subscription product we may offer in the future, including tools released under the Mauler PRO name, will be governed by these Terms together with any additional product-specific terms, pricing, billing, and refund policy presented at the point of purchase. Every disclaimer in this Section 5 applies equally to paid Tools. Paying for a Tool does not create any guarantee of performance, profitability, or result.
The Site contains affiliate and referral links to prop trading firms and related services (including SyncFutures). If you sign up for a prop firm through our links, we may receive a commission. This does not affect the price you pay or the quality of the service you receive. Our prop firm information is intended to be accurate and educational; however, prop firm rules, pricing, and programs change frequently — always verify current terms directly with the prop firm before purchasing an evaluation.
The "Market Maulers" name, logo, and all original content on the Site are the intellectual property of the operators, with a copyright application on file. A trademark application for "Market Maulers" is pending as of April 2026.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Site content without our express written permission. Sharing individual educational posts or community-created content for non-commercial purposes with attribution is permitted.

Violations of community conduct standards may result in removal from the Discord server. We reserve the right to remove any user at our discretion.
The Service integrates and links to third-party platforms including TradingView, Discord, and various prop trading firms. We have no control over these platforms and are not responsible for their content, availability, or privacy practices. Links to external sites do not constitute endorsement of those sites or their services beyond what is expressly stated.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction within the United States.
