The sponsor and sole administrator of this promotion is Ryan DiNocco, Franco Pedraza and Dillon Herrmann, collectively doing business as Market Maulers (together, the “Sponsor”), contactable at MarketMaulersTrading@gmail.com. The Sponsor hosts and funds every giveaway, selects every winner, and awards every prize. There is no third-party administrator and no outside sponsor.

A giveaway may be co-branded with a proprietary trading firm — for example “Market Maulers × MyFundedFutures” — where that firm supplies or discounts the account being given away. A named partner firm is not a sponsor of this promotion. It does not administer the promotion, does not select winners, has no obligation to entrants, and every question, comment or complaint must be directed to the Sponsor.
Each giveaway has its own entry period. The exact start and end date and time, in Eastern Time, are stated on the giveaway page and in the announcement for that giveaway. The Sponsor’s clock is the official timekeeper.
Entries earned outside an entry period are held on the entrant’s record and applied to the next giveaway, as described in Section 4.
All entries are recorded by the Market Maulers Discord bot. Entries fall into two classes:
Standing entries. Joining the Market Maulers Discord server, and following each of the Market Maulers social accounts and each founder account listed on the giveaway page, each earn one (1) entry. These are one-time actions. Each is credited once per entrant and then counts in every subsequent giveaway. They do not expire and are not removed for inactivity.
Per-giveaway entries. The following are repeatable, apply to the next giveaway drawn after they are earned, and are spent when that giveaway closes:
The free entry above is the alternate method of entry. It requires no purchase, no payment, and no qualifying action beyond asking the bot, and it earns the same number of entries as the purchase method.
Order numbers are checked against the issuing firm’s records. An order number that cannot be verified, or that has already been submitted by anyone, is void and earns no entries.
Social follows are self-reported. The Sponsor may confirm a selected winner’s follows before awarding a prize, and a winner whose claimed follows cannot be confirmed forfeits the prize.
Standing entries are subject to verification. The standing entries described in Section 4 (the Discord join and each social follow, shown as permanent entries in the Sponsor’s Discord bot) may be reviewed at any time and are reviewed before any prize is awarded. Where a standing entry is found to be inaccurate, falsified, or obtained through a duplicate, automated, or otherwise fraudulent account or action, that entry is void and earns nothing, and the entrant may be disqualified from the current giveaway and from all future giveaways. Whether an entry is valid, and whether an entrant is disqualified, rests in the sole discretion of Market Maulers Discord ownership, and that determination is final.
The Sponsor may disqualify any entrant it reasonably believes has tampered with the entry process, used automated means, or entered through duplicate or fraudulent accounts.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received in the applicable giveaway.
Each giveaway states its prize on the giveaway page.
Where a prize is an evaluation or simulated-funded trading account, the account size named in the prize is simulated buying power within that account. It is not cash, not live trading capital, and not a transfer of funds. Where an approximate retail value is stated for such a prize, that value is the retail cost of the account, which is materially less than the named account size.
Prizes are awarded by the Sponsor. Where a giveaway is co-branded with a proprietary trading firm, that firm may supply or discount the account, but the Sponsor is the party awarding the prize and the party responsible for doing so.
Prizes are awarded as-is, are not transferable, and no cash alternative or substitution is offered except by the Sponsor, which may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. All costs not expressly listed as included are the winner’s responsibility.
No cash value is assigned to any prize, and no prize may be redeemed for cash.
Winners are selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries, held on the closing date stated for that giveaway and conducted live in the Sponsor’s Discord server. The drawing is final.
A potential winner is notified by Discord direct message and announced in the server. A potential winner must respond within 72 hours. Failure to respond, an undeliverable notification, ineligibility, or non-compliance with these rules results in forfeiture and the selection of an alternate winner.
A potential winner may be required to confirm identity and eligibility, and to sign an affidavit of eligibility and a liability release, before a prize is awarded.
All taxes on a prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. Where the value of prizes awarded to a winner in a calendar year requires it, the Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099 and may require a completed Form W-9 before awarding the prize.
Except where prohibited, accepting a prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor to use the winner’s Discord username and the fact of their win in connection with this and future promotions, without further compensation. Residents of Tennessee may claim a prize without granting this permission.
By entering, each entrant releases the Sponsor and its founders, officers and agents from any claim arising out of participation in the promotion or acceptance, use or misuse of a prize. The Sponsor is not responsible for entries that are lost, late, misdirected, or not recorded because of technical failure, including any failure of the Discord platform or of the Sponsor’s bot.
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Discord Inc., X Corp., TikTok, Instagram, Meta, or YouTube. Every entrant releases each of those platforms in full. Any questions, comments or complaints regarding the promotion must be directed to the Sponsor, not to any platform.
Market Maulers is an affiliate of several proprietary trading firms named on its site, including firms whose evaluation accounts may be offered as prizes, and is compensated when a member signs up through its links or uses its promotional codes. Those commissions are part of how these giveaways are funded. This relationship does not affect a winner’s selection, which is random.
Nothing in this promotion is financial advice. Trading futures involves substantial risk of loss. Prizes consist of access to simulated evaluation programs, not live trading capital.
Information collected from entrants is used to administer the promotion and is handled in accordance with the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy. Entry is recorded through Discord; no postal address is collected from entrants, and a winner’s details are collected only if needed to deliver a prize.
These rules are governed by the laws of the state in which the Sponsor resides, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any dispute is to be resolved individually and not as a class action, in the state or federal courts of that state.
Past winners are posted on the Maulers Vault page and announced in the Discord. For a written list of winners, email the Sponsor at the address in Section 1 within three months of that giveaway’s end date.
